Build Website on HubSpot CMS Theme
The challenge they faced
A precision the client and fiber laser systems manufacturer, the client struggled to capture and nurture leads effectively through their website. Their sales process relied heavily on manual outreach, and they lacked visibility into how prospects were engaging with their content and product offerings. Without a structured lead management system, the team couldn't prioritize follow-up efforts or track which potential customers were moving through their sales pipeline, making it difficult to convert interest into orders.
The client reached out to Bluleadz to implement a more sophisticated digital strategy that would help them attract qualified leads, automate lead nurturing, and gain better insight into prospect behaviour across their site.
The strategy we mapped
We prioritized SEO continuity and a smooth handoff from the outset. The main decision was to build the site on HubSpot CMS rather than a separate platform, which kept all lead capture, nurturing workflows, and site content in one system. This eliminated data silos and let the team manage pages and track prospect behaviour without switching tools. We planned a staged approach: theme setup and core pages first, then final pages and launch coordination together, with the client contributing key content like policies to keep things moving.
The solutions we executed
We built and deployed the website using a HubSpot CMS theme, configuring the header, footer, navigation and global settings to reflect the client's brand, then constructing the foundational pages including the homepage using the theme's modular layout system. The client contributed the final policy pages, and we implemented 301 redirects to protect search visibility during the transition to the live domain. We coordinated the technical launch window to ensure DNS mapping and domain setup completed cleanly, with post-launch stabilization to catch any immediate issues. To empower ongoing management, we provided custom video walkthroughs showing the team how to edit and add new pages within HubSpot CMS after handoff.
What changed after the engagement.
The client's website now runs on HubSpot CMS, consolidating lead capture, content management, and prospect tracking into one system. With pages live, 301 redirects protecting search visibility, and Shopify properly connected, the team can manage site content and nurture leads without switching platforms, eliminating the data silos that previously blocked visibility into prospect behaviour and slowed conversion efforts.
