Our goal is to provide consistent and reliable service. So, we will work to ensure that you have the same Implementation team throughout the process. However, if a substitution needs to be made for any reason, the replacement will be another Bluleadz employee who has been briefed on your Implementation service to ensure seamless collaboration.

Yes. Each week, your dedicated HubSpot implementation specialist will review what work has been completed and go over the next steps—including any items we need from your team. You will then have time to discuss your concerns for each step of the implementation process.
Under normal circumstances, the new client onboarding process from contract signing to kickoff and Implementation project start is about three to five days. However, this can be expedited based on your needs.
