The Overview

As an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist within our internal marketing team, you're responsible for developing and executing innovative account-based marketing strategies to promote Bluleadz and generate leads. You'll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, apply your expertise, and leverage the latest marketing and HubSpot tools to achieve measurable results and drive growth for our agency. 

Your Workdays Can Include Any of the Following Tasks:

  • Strategize and implement account-based marketing campaigns to target specific industries and client segments.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and business development teams to optimize our marketing funnel and align marketing efforts with agency growth goals.
  • Convert inbound leads into sales opportunities by pursuing and nurturing leads until qualified.
  • Execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage and convert prospects.
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub to manage and nurture leads.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, tracking key metrics and making data-driven adjustments.
  • Iterate and optimize strategy based on data and analysis of ABM campaigns.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate emerging strategies into account-based marketing plans.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing team, including the Director of Marketing and Content Marketer to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

The Skills and Qualifications You Bring: 

  • 2+ years of experience in account-based marketing or B2B marketing
  • 2+ years of experience in HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub
  • Experience in HubSpot Service Hub a plus
  • Proven track record of delivering results and meeting campaign goals
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional content writing skills
  • Organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and campaigns
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
  • Authorization to work in the US without employer sponsorship.
