The Overview

We're seeking a Content marketer to own the voice of the Bluleadz brand and help fuel our agency's growth. As a key payer on the Revenue team, your mission is to create compelling, high-quality content that attracts, engages, and converts our target audience, particularly B2B leaders in the SaaS, Manufacturing, Finance, and Healthcare industries. The content you create will be the engine of our inbound lead generation efforts, directly impacting the success of our agency. What You Do In Your Workday:

  • Execute a content strategy for the Bluleadz brand, focused on driving traffic, engagement, and qualified leads.
  • Write and publish top-quality, SEO-optimized blog content that establishes Bluleadz as a thought leader for B2B technology companies and an undeniable authority in the HubSpot ecosystem
  • Create compelling content offers (e.g., ebooks, guides, whitepapers, case studies, templates) designed to capture leads and move them through the marketing funnel.
  • Write persuasive copy for our website, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns, ensuring a consistent and powerful brand voice.
  • Develop engaging sales enablement materials, such as product one-pagers, to equip the Revenue team and accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Stay ahead of emerging trends in SEO and AEO, including optimizing content for AI-driven search and answer engines.
  • Work with internal subject matter experts across our revenue and service teams to uncover unique insights and create authentic, expert-led content.
  • Manage the Bluleadz content calendar and use HubSpot to analyze website traffic and content performance.
  • Manage the distribution of content to our online channels and social media platforms to increase brand awareness and referral traffic.

The Skills and Qualifications You Bring:

  • Proven experience in content marketing or copywriting, specifically for technical B2B industries like SaaS, IT, Cybersecurity, or Manufacturing.
  • A strong portfolio of writing samples that demonstrates your ability to write for technical audiences and generate marketing results.
  • Deep understanding of inbound marketing, SEO, content marketing, social media, and marketing analytics.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, or SEMrush.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub preferred
  • Experience with design tools (such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite) preferred
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
