The Overview

As a HubSpot Implementation Specialist, you support the inbound marketing team by executing client marketing and sales enablement activities within HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. 

You are a HubSpot expert advisor who identifies clients’ business objectives, challenges, and success metrics. Using best practices, you implement strategies within HubSpot to meet client goals while providing your clients with tools for continued success.

Your Workdays Can Include Any of the Following Tasks:

  • Implement lead nurturing and demand generation campaigns in the HubSpot Marketing Hub
  • Schedule and monitor social media posts
  • Set up deal stages and pipelines
  • Implement chat bots and live chat functionality
  • Build out landing pages
  • Develop and test workflows
  • Migrate data into HubSpot CRM, complete data mapping, and segment lists
  • Build dashboards and campaign reports for strategic analysis
  • Provide training and documentation as needed for clients to continue project work in HubSpot

The Skills and Qualifications You Bring:

  • 1-3 years of experience in the HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hubs
  • 1-3 years of digital marketing experience in an agency setting preferred 
  • Demonstrated experience as a HubSpot user (certifications preferred)
  • Top-notch organizational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and campaigns
  • Must be a self-starter and extremely motivated to achieve success without being told what to do
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g., Gmail, Google Docs, etc.) and project management software (e.g., ClickUp)
  • Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
