Our As a HubSpot Onboarding Specialist, you play a crucial role in facilitating seamless transitions for clients onto the HubSpot platform. You guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of HubSpot's CRM, Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
By identifying clients' business objectives, challenges, and success metrics, you expertly consult on strategies within HubSpot to empower clients to achieve ongoing success.
Your Workdays Can Include Any of the Following Tasks:
- Conducting thorough client consultations to understand unique business requirements and goals
- Collaborating with clients to configure and optimize their HubSpot CRM settings
- Designing and executing customized onboarding plans, incorporating best practices and industry standards
- Providing hands-on training to clients on HubSpot features and functionalities
- Assigning tasks and offering resources to empower clients in their HubSpot usage
The Skills and Qualifications You Bring:
- 1-3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hubs
- 1-3+ years of digital marketing experience, agency experience preferred
- Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively
- Self-starter mentality with a strong motivation to achieve success independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and internal teams
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship
