The Overview
As a HubSpot Strategist at Bluleadz, you're the architect of your client’s entire business engine. You will own the strategy and technical execution for a portfolio of clients, acting as a high-level consultant who transforms how companies operate by leveraging the full power of the HubSpot ecosystem (Marketing, Sales, Service, Operations, and Content Hubs).
This is a client-facing role for someone who loves to solve complex "business puzzles." You will guide clients through high-level organizational shifts, mapping their unique processes into sophisticated HubSpot configurations that drive efficiency and growth across every department.
Your Impact and Core Objectives:
- Full-Platform Strategy: Design and implement cross-functional strategies that integrate Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs to create a unified Source of Truth for client data.
- Project Leadership: Lead and manage the end-to-end technical lifecycle of multiple client projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables meet Bluleadz quality standards and timelines.
- Consultative Discovery: Lead deep-dive discovery sessions to uncover operational bottlenecks and translate business needs into high-impact technical solutions.
- Operational Transformation: Architect advanced automation and data structures that improve company-wide efficiency, moving beyond marketing tactics to focus on overall business health.
- CRM Governance: Manage sophisticated data migrations and portal audits to ensure CRM data integrity, custom object architecture, and advanced reporting accuracy.
- Client Enablement: Act as a lead consultant, training client stakeholders on how to manage their transformed HubSpot environment for long-term success.
The Skills and Qualifications You Bring:
- 3–5+ years of experience as a HubSpot administrator with deep technical knowledge across all primary hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, and Data).
- Proven experience in mapping complex business processes and translating them into technical workflows.
- Exceptional ability to lead client-facing conversations, manage expectations, and present strategic recommendations to executive-level stakeholders.
- A self-starter motivated to use modern tools (like AI coding assistants or automation builders) to achieve success autonomously and efficiently.
- Experience in an agency setting is preferred, with a track record of managing multiple project timelines simultaneously.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
