The Overview
As a HubSpot Strategist, you’ll own the strategy, execution, and results for a portfolio of clients—acting as both a trusted advisor and a hands-on expert in the HubSpot platform. You’ll develop data-driven marketing strategies that help clients attract, engage, and delight their audiences, while also building and optimizing the HubSpot assets that make those strategies come to life.
This is a client-facing role that blends relationship management with marketing execution in HubSpot. You’ll guide clients through their inbound strategy, collaborate and continuously analyze results to optimize performance.
Your Workdays Can Include Any of the Following Tasks:
- Develop and execute lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns.
- Lead client communications - presenting campaign insights, growth recommendations, and HubSpot best practices.
- Build and optimize marketing and sales automations
- Conduct deep-dive discovery calls with clients on process optimization
- Configure deal pipelines, lead scoring, and CRM properties to improve sales and marketing alignment.
- Create and maintain HubSpot dashboards and reports to measure and communicate ROI.
- Test and optimize campaigns based on data and client feedback.
- Create landing pages
The Skills and Qualifications You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in the HubSpot CRM, Marketing, Sales, and/or Service Hubs.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present strategies and results to clients.
- Proven success managing inbound marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple clients and priorities.
- Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and takes ownership of results.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
