As a developer at Bluleadz, you take full ownership of the technical lifecycle for our clients. You aren't just a task-taker, you're a technical project lead who bridges the gap between sophisticated code and client strategy. You will utilize AI to accelerate your workflow, allowing you more time to solve high-level architectural challenges like custom websites and secure portals that utilize CRM data for enhanced functionality.

Your Impact and Core Objectives:

• AI-Enhanced Development: Use AI tools to assist in generating boilerplate code, debugging, and optimizing scripts to maximize efficiency. 
• Project Leadership: Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, leading conversations to gather requirements and managing your own project timelines from kickoff to launch. 
• Advanced HubSpot Architecture: Build custom, interactive websites and portals within the HubSpot CMS.
• CRM Data Integration: Utilize serverless functions and APIs to bridge the gap between the CRM and the front-end, creating seamless data-driven experiences. 
• Quality & Optimization: Conduct rigorous QC, focusing on site speed, mobile responsiveness, and security best practices. 

The Skills and Qualifications You Bring:

• HubSpot CMS Expertise: 3-5+  years of professional experience building sophisticated themes and modules in HubSpot CMS.
• Coding Stack: Mastery of HTML5 and Modern CSS (including Grid and Flexbox). Strong proficiency in Javascript (ES6+) with TypeScript experience a plus. 
• AI Adaptability: A proactive approach to using AI tools to streamline your workflow and a continuous learning mindset regarding emerging dev tech.
• CMS & CRM Data Integration: Forward-thinking in seamlessly integrating data between HubSpot CRM and websites.
• Project Management: The ability to lead client-facing conversations and stay accountable for project deadlines and technical documentation.
• Agency Experience: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment; experience in an agency setting is preferred.
