The Overview

At Bluleadz, we are passionate about helping businesses grow through innovative digital marketing solutions. As a Web and Graphic Designer, you'll craft compelling visual content that engages audiences and drives results for our clients and our agency.

What You Do In Your Workday:

In the fast-paced culture at Bluleadz, you'll have the opportunity to work on diverse projects for multiple clients simultaneously. Your days will be dynamic, ranging from brainstorming creative concepts to delivering polished graphic designs. You are the creative genius who brings our clients' visions to life.

Your Workdays Can Include Any of the Following Tasks:

Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and expectations.
Create websites using drag-and-drop page builders.
Design visually stunning graphics for various marketing assets including websites, social media, ads, email campaigns, white papers, and ebooks.
Create eye-catching branding elements, logos, and visual identities.
Stay up-to-date with design trends and techniques to continually elevate our creative work.
Ensure the consistency and quality of visual assets across different platforms.
Contribute to the ideation and development of marketing strategies through your design expertise.

The Skills and Qualifications You Bring:

1-3+ years of experience in web design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
A strong portfolio of design projects that reflect creativity and a keen eye for detail and modern graphic design aesthetics.
A solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
A deep passion for design and a commitment to staying informed about industry trends.
Previous experience in Figma, HubSpot CMS, and/or ClickUp is a plus.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
